FOOTLAND X Cliff Chiang Trail Running Course
Through Coach Cliff Chiang's guidance and explanations,
we not only practiced trail running techniques but also learned about the local history and the ecology of the flora and fauna.
It was an intellectually enriching trail running journey,
where everyone basking in the spring breeze in the midst of the summer forest.
"For me, the most enjoyable aspect of trail running is the sense of freedom it brings," the coach shared.
He thoroughly enjoys the sensation of running through the woods,
allowing him to focus on the present moment and leave behind the pressures of work and worldly concerns.
